The Pathogen Dynamics group is located in the Department of Genetics at the University of Cambridge. It is composed of faculty, post-docs, graduate and undergraduate students who work on the spread, maintenance, and control of a range of different infectious diseases. The group works with a network of collaborators around the world including laboratory-based scientists, field-based epidemiologists, hospitals, ministries of public health, and universities.
